How to design the Cisco network to support IPv6
Cisco is now making it easier for people to deploy IPv6 networks across their networks, as it releases the first publicly available IPv6 design tool.
The tool is called IPv6Router, and it’s available for free for new customers.
The tool is designed for building IPv6-enabled network infrastructure and can be used to make custom network configurations and manage network devices, as well as create IPv6 services and interfaces for IPv6 network devices.
The IPv6 Router tool is intended to allow users to design their own networks and interfaces to support the new IPv6 standard.
The Cisco network is a combination of two key components, a router and a switch, said Cisco’s John Ziegler in a blog post on Thursday.
The router supports both IPv4 and IPv6.
